Vietnam Postal Corporation, also known as Vietnam Post, is the postal service owned by the government of Vietnam. It was founded on March 23, 2005, and became a member of the Universal Postal Union on October 20, 1951. With 655 delivery post offices located in central regions, districts, and regional areas, Vietnam Post efficiently oversees the delivery routes of 817 level 3 post offices to provide reliable collection and home delivery services. In addition, Vietnam Post has 11,800 postmen responsible for delivering, collecting, and transporting mail across central regions, provinces, communes, and villages. They cover 11,900 delivery routes, connecting the center of each commune with the post offices at the 3rd level, postal community, and cultural points. Vietnam Post is an active member of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and maintains strong cooperative relationships with almost all countries worldwide. Vietnam Post is also a trusted partner of several domestic and international corporations, including Prudential, Jetstar Pacific, Vietnam Airlines, AirMekong, Western Union, Daiichi-life, HSBC, ABBank, Bao Viet Bank, and Military Bank.
